Exactly, and i wish people like tucker and hannity and others would make that crystal clear to their audiences and stop the lie that AR’s are ‘assault weapons’
The democrats have won on that lie- they have convinced the public that AR’s are ‘assault weapons’ and republicans ALLOWED the democrats to win on that subject by not exposing hte lie effectively enough-
and this sets up a dangerous precedence for future bans of most or all semi-automatics which the left WILL DEEM as ‘assault guns’
