Why is the head of the DoJ not listed as attending?
Note that the DAG is the designated DOJ attendee at meetings of the National Security Council and Homeland Security Council, which convene frequently if not daily.
It’s probably a regularly scheduled meeting with an extra agenda item or two.
He is in Eastern Europe attending a cyber-security meeting with colleagues from countries such as Croatia etc.
He’s taking a nap and they didn’t want to disturb him.
