The practice of psychology today is a fraud. Problems such as depression are seen as a chemical imbalance and are “treated “ with chemicals.
The problem is still there! But the individual shows no external signs of the problem, and all are fooled, especially the psychologist.
The problem is that kids are not taught to live according to human nature. That is the problem and the source of all emotional problems.
The value system that was once passed from parents and church to child are gone. THAT is the problem.
Depression is almost always insuffuency of vitamin D i.e. sunshine.

Now, SSRI’s can lower inhibitions in a person, bu5 my guess is that the person is on the wrong med for the stated condition. If the med isn’t helping, then that med isn’t needed.
People lashing out in anger like that have many issues going on. Gun control isn’t the problem, self control is.
