Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.) warned Republican lawmakers on Friday not to expose the identity of top-secret FBI informant, saying that to do so would be "irresponsible" and potentially illegal.
According to Sen. Warner, any FBI agent of staff member of the DOJ, is automatically above the law, even if he/she/they committed a crime?
Warner is fearful that if the FBI agent is outed, that the names of others that colluded in the crime might get outed too. Most likely, Warner is fearful that the other FBI names involved are not FBI at all, but are members of the Hilary campaign and the DNC and Obama administration and even democratic members of congress.
