He has consistently said that Trump is a much better president than he expected. He’s admitted he was wrong about Trump in at least two ways. He didn’t believe that Trump would move the Embassy or pick constitutionalist justices. (Glenn Beck was not the only one who was skeptical about that, as you may recall.)
He cited some of President Trump’s achievements and t/he craziness of the left that endorses MS-13 and Hamas. He’s also been a strong critic of the Mueller investigation, and the revelations that Obama spied on Trump (which we knew, but we now have solid evidence) was a factor in this also.
The mainstream media lying about Trump was the final straw. Glenn is, if nothing else, a seeker of truth — at least, as he sees it. And the continued distortion in the coverage offends Beck’s sense of truth.
That doesn’t mean that they agree on everything — nor do I agree with him on everything. You can criticize the president on some issues and still be a supporter. On the whole, his record has been good.
