There are almost no refugees left in Gaza. Almost everyone there was born there, except for a few aged relics and whoever Hamas has moved in to wage jihad.

Gazans are Egyptians.
West Bankers are Jordanian.
Send them back to their respective countries and let them do the dirty work (they hate Pali Arabs even more than the Israelis do...).
