"Dr. Tarek Loubani, a Palestinian-Canadian, has created a low-cost stethoscope using a 3D printer, the first in a series of inventions he hopes will help alleviate medical supply shortages caused, in part, by an eight-year blockade on the Gaza Strip."

“eight-year blockade”...

Interesting - was there in November 2016. There were medical supplies and equipment.

Maybe it’s just me but it seems a bunch of low cost stethoscopes probably cost less than a 3D printer. But who an I to stand in the way of progress?

Israel is stopping medical supplies? I don’t think so.

They are God’s chosen people in my opinion, I think the Bible says so, and they are fighting for survival.

And I was brought up as a Protestant. LOL!
