Huber is an Obama appointee, who tendered his resignation per request of Sessions, when 43 other U.S. attorney’s were asked to tender their resignations, but Trump re-nominated him. (Another instance of being advised to shoot himself in the foot?) Used to be, you could depend upon mormons to be law and order types, but I don’t know that it’s true, anymore.
