I have often wondered how many millions of dollars are exchanged for so-called bestsellers that are never even printed?
Or perhaps printed, delivered by pallet to a warehouse, then immediately pulverized into cellulose and blown into attics as insulation!

I really think that the lifetime Presidential Pension should be means tested. Same thing with their staff. What the hell does an ex-President need staff for?
