Like what,for example? Our Congress passed a motion that recognized the capital as being in Jerusalem. No other president before or probably in the future did not have the courage to actually do it.

I find it an interesting assumption that the US is responsible for Israeli internal affairs.

Furthermore, what concessions from isreal do we need? This is not a negotiation, we are simply opening a mutually agreed upon facility within which to conduct diplomacy between the US and Isreal.
