Aren’t there multiple gods in the MCU or are they all really just presented as ‘aliens’ with metaphysical powers and ginormous size?

This is an excellent point. I have seen every MCU movie many times and I can’t think of a single Christian reference except for one mocking, throwaway Star Lord line in Infinity War.
The only quasi-Christian is not MCU, but Sony: Kurt Wagner, AKA Nightcrawler.
