Indeed...it’s long past time for the POS to retire. People like him treat their senate or representative seats as though they were lifetime appointments instead of elective office. Even if we can’t have term limits, there ought to be something in place that mandates if a member of Congress is no longer able to perform their duties, they are required to retire.
We do have term limits. Senators have 6 years per term and Representatives have two year terms.
It is the duty and responsibility of the Voters to impose those terms.
People need to exercise their mandate and do just that.
