McCain selecting Palin may have been bad for the U.S.
A 49 state landslide walloping which might have diminished him enough that he wouldn’t have been able to damage the country as much as he has since then.
Palin probably would have risen in the party anyway. It would have just taken longer for it to happen, and she wouldn’t have been tarred with association with a scumbag like McCain.
The 2008 election was lost my McCain.
The 2010 and 2014 elections were won by Sarah Palin.
