Two new polls released Wednesday indicated dramatic surges in support for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud party following US President Donald Trump’s withdrawal from the Iran nuclear deal.

One survey, conducted immediately after Trump’s Tuesday announcement and partially released by Army Radio, found that if elections were held now, Likud would win 42 seats, a huge jump from its current 30 seats in the Knesset.

Netanyahu just punished and humiliated Iran while he sat next to Putin. If those polls were taken today, they would demonstrate even greater support for Likud.

So, can he call for an early election to take advantage of this?

On a side note, PM Netanyahu was under investigation for some trumped up bribery charge. Anyone know how that is going?

I noticed that Putin invited Netanyahu as his guest for the holy of holy civil ceremonies, Victory Day, in Moscow, yesterday. This had to be unnerving for Iran as they watched their avowed enemy, the leader of Israel marching together through the streets of Moscow with their great protector, Putin. What goes here. After all Israel is also the most firm ally of the U.S. What kind of messages passed between these two leader. Does this speak of some kind of rapprochement between Russia, Israel and the Sunni World. Does it also mean a possible rapprochement between the US and Russia plus the Orthodox world in opposition to not only ISIS but to George Soros and his allies who seek to destroy traditional values in the Christian World via destruction of national borders and unlimited immigration by those aliens who do not share values of the nations into which the immigrate. If so, this could be a game changer.

Progressive culture will soon call for an investigation as to if Nentenyahu is colluding with Iran. Why? Because Iran’s middle attack is timed to increase his political support.

Netanyahu was Putin’s invited guest for the victory day military parade in Moscow that celebrates the Red Army’s defeat of Germany. Many in Israel trace their origin to Russia, many had relatives who served in the Red army and look upon it with favor and affection. Many Jews credit the enormous sacrifices and fighting of the Red army that ultimately ended in the defeat of Germany and prevented Hitler from competing his “final solution”. Despite Russian antisemitism , the history of pogroms and persecution, there still remains a bond of sorts between Russians and Jews. While it is clear that they don’t agree on Syria, a clear message was sent to the Iranians that their alliance with Russia in Syria goes only so far. The message was not lost on the Iranians or the Israeli public.
