Conservative Tree House speculates that it may be Judge Contreras the original judge in the Flynn case and he may have been on FISA court when the FBI asked for the warrants using the Steele Dossier. All of the FISA cases he may have handled previously may be corrupt and cases tossed if he is a corrupt judge if the evidence show it.

If he is a corrupt judge the House should impeach him and the Senate remove him, immediately. Congress must reassert its oversight of the federal judiciary if the swamp is to be drained. Too many federal judges are lawless.
