While I agree, I am not naive enough not to acknowledge there are probably plenty of Republicans with equally obnoxious and entitled children.

So, rather than focus on yet another incident with a D type being above the law, you choose to focus on the idea that other people "probably" do the same thing? Well, how about this, when those other people are caught doing the same thing, we'll deal with them. Right now, let's deal with the one that actually did something and refrain from the knee-jerk self-flagellation.

He wasn’t “above the law”? He got the ticket and had to pay it, just like the R type would have had to do. Luckily, the video was made public as I’m it isn’t in many similar situations. He’s just an obnoxious kid and the party affiliation of his parents is immaterial to me.
