Hmmmm, could be. Forgive my dumb question, but can the State Department pursue criminal charges or is it only the Department of Justice? Maybe Pompeo can refer matters to the DOJ. I’m unclear on this.
Passports are issued by the State Department. So I would think that they can revoke them too.
