🌊. Whew. Glad we got out while we could. Now we're at around 5,000 ft elevation instead of 30 ft. 🍿🍻😹

(Thinking Caps are no longer being issued but there must be a warehouse full of them somewhere.)
Then I should be able to buy property in those locations for real cheap right?

Could, could be, if, may, should..
These qualifying words are evidence of the sound science that permeates the MSM.

I think this climate modelling is going to turn out to be even more irrelevant (other than as a political club for gov’t control of the economy!), when we find out that the real cause of climate change is the variation in solar activity.
THEN we may really be able to make long-range predictions of climate, if we can scientifically understand and predict solar activity.

Five Florida communities - Cape Sable (the southern point of the peninsula), Key Biscayne, Key West, the Lower Keys and the Middle Keys - could experience recurring tidal flooding unrelated to any storm events by 2035, according to their study. Three of those locations - Cape Sable, the Lower Keys and Middle Keys - already find themselves partially submerged at times but the forecast says their frequently inundated areas will roughly double in size within the next 17 years. Not that I take any of this seriously, but none of this should surprise anyone if it happened.
Florida is the worlds largest sand bar. It could be washed away at any time by a series of hurricanes.
Ocean meet sand. Good-by sand.

Yeah, even if it happens, things change. What if the Caldera goes off in Yellowstone.......oh no property values will plummet, bond ratings will change, people will be dead and on and on.
In today’s world I just participated in science and journalism.

Total impact on sea level rise - 0.001 inches.
Wave action alone is WAY greater than that, and the
combined solar and lunar tides completely obliterate
whatever rise or fall may be attributed to “global
warming.”

The answer is to Immediately Condemn All properties within 1 mile of the coast, Red Tag every House and Building, force the owners out then raze the buildings.
It should also be a FELONY to spend Taxpayer Dollars constructing anything in this region since it will be under water shortly.
FORCE THESE COMMIES to LIVE UNDER THEIR PREDICTIONS!!!

That’s why we picked an intermediate altitude instead of going up to 10,000 ft. NOT stoopid. LOL! Just think if the eco wankers spent time doing something constructive. You know, like building dikes to keep NYC from flooding. Oh, wait a minute. I see what’s going on here.
