My suspicion, too. The Judge's comments are two weeks in advance of Mueller's required response and then a ruling. That is plenty of time for the DOJ and the FBI to dig into the Judges background and find every pressure point for him and his family.
Judge Ellis will fold like a cheap suit once the FBI and Mueller’s boys start digging into his past. They will find something to intimidate him. Meanwhile, Rip Van Sessions continues to snooze.
