Good point. I don’t know how they got the wiretap of Flynn either, but it’s clearly crucial, as you point out.

Now that the issue has come up, I bet Flynn’s lawyers will be on to it.

Reading and listening the past couple of days, I think they recorded Flynn while wiretapping the Russian ambassador.

That sounds like a counterintelligence wiretap like Manafort's, but I guess not FISA, since not on American citizens. I don't know if the issues are the same as with Manafort.
