Haha, Apparently there are two Federal Judge T.S. Ellis IIIs. Pretty sure one of the many publications that vary in opinion as to which T.S. Ellis III is the actual judge in this particular case... is in error.

You got the right picture of Judge Ellis, but the sketch is very misleading about the scene in the courtroom. In the first place, the counsel tables and lecturen are set back at least twenty five feet from the judges bench, with a table for the court reporter and another for the clerk in between, and the place is no where as brightly lit as shown. In fact, Judge Ellis courtroom is a bit dark and cavernous.
