Looks like Mueller needs to tuck his tail and resign forthwith.
I knew this day would come when the tricks would start being unearthed (and this is just the first one). And that’s why I wanted Mueller right where he was until today. Now he’s caught in his own trap. Undeniably. Inextricably. Deliciously. And I’m going to have some chocolate to celebrate!
Now that he has been caught doing this, what consequence can the judge actually order, other than dismissing the Manafort case? He can’t kick traitor Manafort out of his Special Prosecutor position and shut the whole thing down, can he?
I am absolutely amazed that Trump has been as squeaky clean under such close scrutiny. Few would fare as well.
We still have the Judge in the Flynn case tell the Mueller team to provide all Docs of evidence good (help) are bad (hurt)Flynn. One thing Flynn’s lawyers would not be aware of is the Comey testimony that FBI agents said that Flynn was not lying yet Mueller went ahead with charges. Still waiting on the out come of that. McCabe tried to get the agents to change their statement. The Mueller team thought they would come in and snow this judge. Seems he was a little smarter than they thought. Now that he called them lairs I would think they would not try anything funny are they could see a complete dismissal of all chargers. You can bet This case will be noted bu the judge in the Flynn case.
