The first one, Contreras, was a BFF of Peter Strzok and recused after the Strzok/Page emails came out, but not before accepting Flynn's guilty plea.
His replacement, Judge Sullivan, has come down hard on Mueller, ordering Mueller to provide Flynn with all exculpatory documents regarding the FBI interview. Sullivan has a record of being very tough on prosecutorial misconduct.
This is not mentioned on CNN at least to my knowledge...
this is a huge story and should be sufficiently damaging to the coup plotters that they would be resigning en masse.

Haha, Apparently there are two Federal Judge T.S. Ellis IIIs. Pretty sure one of the many publications that vary in opinion as to which T.S. Ellis III is the actual judge in this particular case... is in error.

Now that the issue has come up, I bet Flynn’s lawyers will be on to it.
What a shame that these innocent people have to spend a fortune on lawyers.
Especially if all it takes in effect would be a single contempt citation against mueller to remove the legal fig leaf and precipitate rosenstein impeachment in congress...What then, I wonder, does the insurance policy come with an insurance policy? Or is judicial intimidation and extortion presumed to be included with the original insurance policy? How soon before it will be time to harvest the pvc garden? :(

The IRS (aka Lois Lerner) and the FBI/DOJ (Comey, Rosenstien, McCabe, Mueller, et al) are undeniable proof of the importance of our 2nd Admendment.
We still have the Judge in the Flynn case tell the Mueller team to provide all Docs of evidence good (help) are bad (hurt)Flynn. One thing Flynn’s lawyers would not be aware of is the Comey testimony that FBI agents said that Flynn was not lying yet Mueller went ahead with charges. Still waiting on the out come of that. McCabe tried to get the agents to change their statement. The Mueller team thought they would come in and snow this judge. Seems he was a little smarter than they thought. Now that he called them lairs I would think they would not try anything funny are they could see a complete dismissal of all chargers. You can bet This case will be noted bu the judge in the Flynn case.
How long one wonders before the denunciations of Uncle Tom from pundits on the msm? And surely private threats of physical harm against his family would not be far behind... :(
Uh......that is not Judge Ellis who handled this case.
For one thing, Judge Ellis is Caucasian

You got the right picture of Judge Ellis, but the sketch is very misleading about the scene in the courtroom. In the first place, the counsel tables and lecturen are set back at least twenty five feet from the judges bench, with a table for the court reporter and another for the clerk in between, and the place is no where as brightly lit as shown. In fact, Judge Ellis courtroom is a bit dark and cavernous.
The Fourth Circuit is over that judge. Safe bet that Reichsführer Müeller has already drafted an appeal.
