Mueller’s team says its authorities are laid out in documents including the August 2017 scope memo – and that some powers are actually secret because they involve ongoing investigations and national security matters that cannot be publicly disclosed.

Ellis seemed amused and not persuaded

Won’t try to count the number of times I’ve heard unabashed city lawyers boast about their collective ability to take down Trump.

Thinking back to Trump’s amazing victory, I recall hearing an asshat discussing his unethical access to records on Pence’s wife. I only heard his side of the conservation which he didn’t mind expressing out loud. And on the call, this self-described lawyer expressed his willingness to get prosecuted for the breach — “if that’s what it takes.” A woman standing nearby seemed to roll her eyes in disbelief — prolly a Trump supporter.

There is deep hatred for Trump in the judiciary. And that hatred ultimately translates to hatred of us. So let’s keep that in mind this November. Spread the word. Get out the vote. Trump is campaigning.

Oh I think it will take more than this to stop them.

I don't think many people get it.

MANY RATS are subject to prosecution for serious crimes that were committed under Hussein Obama. We all know about Hillary's many felonies but others are just as serious.

Mueller and Comey and Rosenstein and..... were all involved in the URANIUM ONE scam. By shutting down the information that Hillary was being bribed by the Russians to pull off Uranium to Russia, any serious investigation is going to show Mueller needs to pack for prison.

Mueller can either stop Trump OR Go to prison. The RATS know that if Mueller fails, MANY RATS are going with him to prison and maybe even GITMO.

And as they check Hussein Obama into GITMO, they can finally tell us officially Hussein really is NOT an American citizen.

Who is responsible to end the Special Counsel investigation? It needs to be ended immediately.

Trump can’t afford the political fallout or the appearance of partisanship he would get by firing Mueller.

Jeff Sessions is worthless as sin and won’t exercise his job function to end the Special Counsel investigation.

Can Congress do this? Can Congress use it’s oversight role to demand an end to the Special Counsel investigation. I am thinking they can’t, due to separation of powers, but since Congress never renewed the Special Counsel law and let it lapse, can’t Congress demand that DOJ is in violation of US law whereby there is no authority to have a Special Counsel without Congress authorizing it by law?

This witch hunt needs to end immediately. Trump should just fire Sessions and replace him with someone who would run DOJ instead of letting commie Rat Rosenstein run it in Sessions’s absence.

He did more than that. He has provided the basis to charge Mueller and his team with sedition and treason.

He's 77 though.

Great professional history: Princeton Engineering degree, Naval Aviator from '61-'66, Law degree from Harvard in '69, another law degree from Oxford, appointed to the bench by Reagan in '87. Glad he's presiding over this case.

Congress can certainly cutoff the funding. All funding emanates in the House.

Seventy-year old Mueller's $150,000 salary makes me sick....not to mention his perks.

Without this job, he'd be playing bocce in the old folks home. He wants to extend it as long as possible.

Why don't we know what the "insurance policy" is?

Lisa Page, one of the "insurance policy" architects, resigned from the FBI today, freeing her from compulsive testimony to the Inspector General.

Unless the IG has already uncovered the facts behind the "insurance policy" coup d'é·tat plot (i.e., Page has sung), expect the remaining conspiracists to resign as well.

None of this has anything to do with "Russian collusion in the election." So if these seditionists are getting off scott free with retirement, it is entirely on Jeff Sessions, and any question of him being "white hat" is so much bunk.

"Russian collusion," my Aunt Tilly.

The myopic Mueller and the corrupt FBI crowd see Russian agents behind every Republican filing cabinet. But they are sickeningly apathetic about Obama, Hillary and Bill Clinton’s policies, decisions, and actions that gave aid and comfort to Russia.

Obama and Hillary’s major flopola----the much-mocked “Russian reset button”----- established the tone for Obama and the Clintons’ coziness with the Kremlin.

BACKSTORY On March 6, 2009, during a trip to Geneva, she presented Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov a small, red button. Halfrican Obama, and Secy Hillary thought it was emblazoned with the Russian word for “reset.” The button actually read “overload.” Nonetheless, Clinton and Lavrov jointly pressed the symbolic button. A new era in US–Russian relations had begun.

THE OBAMA/HILLARY RUSSIAN LOVE AFFAIR---While visiting Moscow on March 24, 2010, Secy Hillary explained the Reset Button’s purpose: “Our goal (meaning Obama and the State Dept) is to help strengthen Russia.”

=================================

No need to ask Obama and Clinton about their Russian connections-----the paper trail is long and wide.

HILLARY'S STATE DEPT----AND THE OBAMA YEARS---UNRELENTING SCANDAL By Ari Lieberman

EXCERPT The taxpayer financed-Skolkovo Scandal – While serving as secretary of state, Clinton oversaw a program meant to “reset” relations with Moscow and improve ties. The program centered around the Russian city of Skolkovo near Moscow with the stated aim of “identifying areas of cooperation and pursuing joint projects and actions that strengthen strategic stability, international security, economic well-being, and the development of ties between the American and Russian people.”

Hillary's State Dept program transformed Skolkovo into a technology hub akin to a Silicon Valley. Sensitive American technology was transferred to the Russians, substantially enhancing their military and cyber capabilities. The US Army and the FBI concluded that Russia had exploited the program for military applications. The FBI warned American technology companies doing business in Skolkovo that the Skolkovo project was a means by which the Russians would acquire dual use technologies and apply them for military ends. According to investigative author Peter Schweizer, Russian and American companies and individuals involved in the Skolkovo fiasco “had major financial ties to the Clintons.”

Moreover, during the Russian reset period, those entities provided the Clintons with “tens of millions of dollars” in the form of “contributions to the Clinton Foundation, paid for speeches by Bill Clinton, or investments in small start-up companies with deep Clinton ties.” (hat tip frontpagemagazine.com)

Now that he has been caught doing this, what consequence can the judge actually order, other than dismissing the Manafort case? He can’t kick traitor Manafort out of his Special Prosecutor position and shut the whole thing down, can he?

Of all the spurious excuses she gives for her loss, the most ludicrous is that
Hillary says she lost her "sure-thing election" because "Putin doesn't like me."
Comey sucked-up and told Congress Putin wanted to harm Hillary.

REALITY CHECK Hillary once bragged that she, alone, was brought into Putin's inner sanctum
where she assured Putin she was worried about wildlife like he was.

Dam...Putin musta outright lied when he whispered to Hilary that they were BFF.

Secy Hillary and Obama were eager to please Russia w/ the friendly reset button.
Hillary later said the reset gambit was Obama's and her idea "to strengthen Russia."

==============================================

Ex-Pres Clinton is s-o-o-o-o friendly he traveled to Russia to clinch the uranium giveaway deal.
And to pocket a $500,000 dollar speaking fee from a Moscow bank plus a sizeable commission.

Billyboo even laid his "Hot Damn Hokey Hillbilly Act" on Putin.

THIS JUST IN---FR POSTED

townhall.com

EXCERPT With an out of control Special Counsel and a public becoming more disgruntled, one Congressman finally decided to act.On Thursday, U.S. Representative Todd Rokita (R-IN) introduced a resolution calling for the Mueller investigation to end within 30 days unless evidence of Russian collusion is introduced. According to Rokita, he proposed the resolution to “preserve the integrity of our democratic institutions.”

Rokita is disturbed by both the scope and the $17 million cost of the Mueller investigation. He believes it is “an attempt by the Washington elite to destroy President Trump.” However, it is also an unprecedented political and legal assault on the 63 million Americans who voted for Donald Trump on November 8, 2016. The Special Counsel and his team of partisan Democrat attorneys are attempting to overturn the results of the last election, and enact, in essence, the first political coup d’état in American history.

He’s ordered the unredacted Rosenstein letter within 2 weeks. He also directly asked the government if they had already burned through the $10MM ‘budget’, meaning he can get that line-itemed down to the last 5cents, too.

So he can do much, much more than just toss the Manafort case. And it looks like he’s going to, especially after the government put forth the position, we’re the Justice Dept and we can make it up as we go along. Ellis was not amused.
