That appears to be William Jefferson, convicted for bribery, who hid $80,000 or so in his freezer.

Correctly, the events are a conspiracy to overthrow the elected government of the United States of America.

A conspiracy includes everyone down to the lowest clerk that typed documents written by superiors.

How many times have we seen judges dismiss Trump's executive orders on some claim not related to law at all... like... ugh, what they think Trump was thinking or such.

So why should some illegal FISA warrant matter? They will slow walk this judge and still subpoena Trump.

It takes someone in AG power to squash this... and that we do not have.

Moreover, this illegal FISA is just one more criminal act in a long line of criminality not reported by most news, ignored by Congressional leaders (sans some committees) and spat on by the department of justice.

Sedition is 100% on the ball. Thanks for clarifying an important concept. Treason is a case of waging sedition in the service of an enemy. Presumably a military enemy.

I think Chief Justice Marshall would have convicted Burr had he been charged with sedition rather than treason.

Manafort is not mentioned in the May 17 memo appointing Mueller. He is mentioned on the August 2 redacted memo. Was his office raided in between these two dates? The bogus FISA warrant that justified all this wasn’t mentioned by Judge Ellis or Manafort’s attorney. Rosie certainly has a conflict of interest because he signed off on one of the extensions.

If a different warrant was used against Flynn which one was it?

Reading and listening the past couple of days, I think they recorded Flynn while wiretapping the Russian ambassador.

That sounds like a counterintelligence wiretap like Manafort's, but I guess not FISA, since not on American citizens. I don't know if the issues are the same as with Manafort.
