Logan Act, plus we need investigation and prosecution of payoffs to Kerry from Iran, going all the way back to his 2004 campaign.
If he isn’t charged with a crime when he returns then it sets a precedent. Shame on Sessions and PDJT if so. I am the biggest PDJT fan, too, but I believe sadly the worst of this will just be a drudge report story.
