Dr. Phil believes Kanye West saying whatever he thinks and feels is either an attention grab or a serious impulse control problem, but either way ... it needs to stop because he's fueling hate.
Dr. Phil gave us his take on the rapper's behavior and racially-charged comments on "TMZ Live" Tuesday. While he says he can't diagnose Kanye without spending time with him, Dr. Phil believes Kanye's demonstrating "disregulated thought" -- basically ... he has no filter.
What's worse, according to Dr. Phil, is Kanye's motormouth isn't stopped by having a lack of info ... so what he's saying is both ignorant and irresponsible.

You may be on to something there. Really the two statements are interrelated. It’s easier to control or regulate someone if you intimidate their speech and eventually their thinking.
Actually he has a lot of info and he's quoting Dr. Thomas Sowell. Dr. Phil is upset that Kanye has left the White Liberal Plantation and he needs to be hunted down and destroyed.
Except Kanye West never said this in the context of the slave trade that the media is implying he said it in - so Dr. Phil is the one being stupid and ignorant - or at worst, lying.
Dr. Phil is perfectly untroubled that hundreds of “unfiltered” rappers routinely perform “songs” extorting killers to slaughter cops indiscriminately, do and deal drugs, and treat all women like whores ...
but one black entertainer supports Trump and Dr. Phil feels compelled to be “troubled” ...
The only hate I’m hearing is from the eternal haters - the ones that are so aghast that Kanye has suddenly become an overt truth teller about their sacred “keep the Black man down and angry so we can enslave him to our cause” agenda...
