Special Counsel Robert Mueller on Tuesday requested that sentencing for former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn be delayed by at least two months.
Mueller’s team and attorneys for Flynn submitted that Flynn is not ready for sentencing “due to the status of the special counsel’s investigation,” according to a court filing in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C.
The parties are required to provide an update on Flynn’s status by June 29, according to the court filing.

Trump should say, skip that. Trump should immediately pardon Flynn with the explanation that this was a witchhunt based on trumped up data.

To me, it sounds more like Mueller is not ready for sentencing.
Flynn didn’t lie he coped to a stupid plea. If we had a judge worth a crap the plea would be thrown out and case dismissed. Then idicit the freakin special counsel.
I.e. he hasn’t gotten what he wants from Flynn.

What happened to Contreras, the FISA judge who presided over Flynn’s conviction, then recused himself days later?
No deal. Mueller goes to jail regardless.
I hope the decision maker is not the Attorney General. Everyone knows he would quickly Rubber-Stamp what ever the Deep State wants to continue their little Kabuki Dance.

We can be optimistic and say that Mueller and Flynn are part of a 64D Chess game and aren’t ready to reveal that Flynn case is bogus.
Or our enemies can be optimistic and say Flynn is still cooperating with Mueller as he promised to do for reduced sentencing. And Mueller is still trying to trap the President in a lie!

My guess: Mueller knows that their Flynn case is a piece of crap, but he doesn’t want to be discredited at this point by letting that become official public knowledge while he is still desperately trying to find - or create - something that he can make stick - at least stick in a politically negative way - to POTUS.
Anyone heard anything about Rudy getting Mueller to wrap this up and bring it to a close?

Right. Mueller has no real case against Flynn in light McCabe and other BS.
