Or......he can't initiate the ambush until everyone is in the kill zone. Declining a prosecution isn't absolute. Deferring is a better word.

I don't think people realize how deeply imbedded 8 years of Obama, two worthless Republicans, and 8 years of Clinton damaged the United States and the ability to execute justice.

And then we expect Sessions to clean it up over a MF weekend.
