Brooks sounds off the wall. Then again, you have what happened to Steve Scalise. All of the GOP House delegation was targeted, and the carnage would have been greater without the quick intervention of the security team charged with protecting them.

In 2016 people were denied the right to gather to discuss political issues IF they were conservatives. They could get cars smashed and be hit by tear gas or rocks and glass bottles if they went to hear a GOP speaker. Remember polls said no one was a Trump supporter until the election votes were cast? People lost jobs if coworkers found out they were Trump supporters.

Nothing would surprise me anymore. Just look at what our own government is doing to president Trump. I can’t trust a government who will break any law in order to do the bidding of one political party. That’s a serious problem.
