The judicial system is completely infested with hardcore leftists.

And no, I refuse to call these totalitarian black robed tyrants “liberals” because there’s absolutely nothing “liberal” about their gestapo thug actions.

The left is successfully wielding the judicial system like a club to take out anybody who stands in their way to their goal of a total socialist state.

But for one wearing an “Obama” hat, bouncing would be an act of racism. It’s all very simple.

Okay....What about that baker that doesn’t want to bake a cake for an event he doesn’t approve of. If he says it’s a political issue, he doesn’t have to? But if it’s a religious issue he does?

So, I guess that means that a bar (or any other business) can toss out Obama and Hillary supporters, at will. Precedence has been set.

They should BOTH be covered under the First Amendment.

Property rights principles would say he’s probably right.

But try banning Hillary supporters, and see if this “judge” comes to the same conclusion.

I agree with the ruling. I just wish that freedom of association and private property rights were uniformly as respected as in this case. If I want to reject a gay couple, a lesbian-thesbian-midget, or a #BlackThugsMatter terrorist, that should be my right, just as much as it was this property owner’s right to reject a normal American.

What if you happen to be a racist who does not like Blacks, Hispanics or Asians? Can you keep them out too?

Our country is way past the point where those intrusions on private property rights can be justified. I'd rather let the free market decide whether or not a business can do that and still remain profitable. Rather than compelling Hobby Lobby, Chick-fil-A, and others to obey the demands of some thuggish black-robed tyrant or state Bureau of Labor and Industries Administrator, they get boycotted . . . or not. The same for those wedding cake bakers who only create for real weddings and have been fined as much as $135,000 for having religious values and following those values. "Freedom" should mean something, and it should be close to an absolute.

Meanwhile Bakers and Florists have no such right to refuse service.

That's because many states (i.e., Colorado) have laws on the books that expressly and specifically bar places of public accommodation from discrimination based upon sexual orientation, whereas political thought does not enjoy the same protections.

Then bakers need to ask for their voter ID cards first!

Bad ruling. All we would have to do is say no Democrats and 97% of blacks and 77% of Jews would be excluded. Wanna see a massive suit if that happened?

Unlike sexual orientation, political orientation is not a protected class under NY law. With that said, this bozo should have hired a better lawyer, and sued under the Federal Civil Rights Act for discrimination based upon race and gender, which are protected classes.

Why? Because liberal justices have interpreted the Civil Rights Act to prohibit conduct that has a "disparate impact" against persons who are in a protected class even though their is no intent to discriminate. From a statistical standpoint, Trump supporters who wear MAGA hats are overwhelmingly white males, and therefore, discriminating against people who wear MAGA hats has a disparate impact based upon race and gender.
