I would switch "which" for "that"--better grammar. 😉

The use of "which" or "that" is still wrong in either case. The correct grammar would be to use "who" which would be the best use of grammar.

“Which” addresses noun “history” ( history, which stains ), not Comey or people. A comma before the “which” is called for, also.
