If memory serves several sections are going up under the Military funding that was specifically earmarked for it. This year’s Military Funding had specific earmarks, so all the money would NOT go into the DOD general fund and be wasted on social spending.

2019 promises more funding. Trump is hiding it, he knows they don’t read those bills, so he gives them something to distract them, and they fail to notice what he actually put in the bill that is huge to begin with. What we forget is all the programs, social spending he’s gutted as the LSM doesn’t report much on it. Food Stamp use is down by half as the new work requirements take effect. Same for the other welfare programs with drug checks attached. All those EPA regs cost big $$ he got rid of. He is chipping away, may not be fast enough for many, but he is doing it is what counts. He has RINOS, Dems and Courts to fight to do so.
