Well, this tells me where this judge stands as far as the law goes.

He cares more about ‘feelings’ than he cares about the law. (he also cares more about the Democrat Party than he does about the law)

I find it offensive that judges fail to enforce the law, I find in offensive that judges exceed their authority, I find it offensive that judges legislate from the bench.
