Judge Bates said the government’s reasoning for revoking DACA wasn’t convincing enough, and so it amounted to an “arbitrary and capricious” decision, which makes it illegal under the Administrative Procedures Act.

The jurisdiction of district judges is completely in the hands of Congress. It is not a Constitutional provision. Congress needs to limit the authority of federal judges to issue orders that only affect their own judicial district.
It is insane that some big political contributors wife appointed by a past President can control the Country’s future. Insane.
The horror is that there are millions who think this is perfectly fine. I cannot even imagine what is facing this country in the foreseeable future.

My question is this: Who does the Department of Justice send to argue these cases? Mickey Mouse? If Sessions oversees the presence of lawyers representing the USA before these loon judges it appears he is doing one lousy job.
