I think all of us civilians put in Japanese Prison Camps during WW II anywhere in the world need reparations, too. We all have suffered physical ailments and mental problems consequent to that experience, loss of property, and many lost family members. I think all Jews who spent their WW II experience in Axis POW camps need compensation as much as we who spent that time, years of time, in the Japanese camps.
I think there may have been some compensation for the Jewish people, but I never have even received an apology for the years my family and I and all the others spent eating lugou and getting thinner and thinner. The older women with severe osteoporosis have not received help ...and the list goes on.
Meanwhile very few Americans (or their offspring) who stayed stateside during that time even realize today the Japanese had POW camps for civilians.
And don’t think for a moment a similar scenario can’t be played out here in the USA. Easily and just as silently.
Forgot: The black people who have done well within the “white ghettos” of their lives and minds seem to have done exceptionally well. I love it that they have. They took the yoke of servitude, cast it asunder and thrived. Now I think it is time for them to stand up to the ideas they have been inexorably bowed to the yoke of white domination. I really think it is time for them to acknowledge many many blacks are placing false blame for their miserable circumstances and maybe help to “fix”.
I notice no Asian people and no northern European people have blamed others, like some black leaders, as the put-down and worn out people from Asia and northern Europe worked their ways out of servitude to great respect within all populations in this country.
And as blacks make up 13% of the total population of this country, I doubt it would be too difficult to work within the population to fix it if the urge was there.
Fix it rather than encourage race wars is a much better idea...otherwise make sure they get to Africs where they will be much appreciated I am sure.
