The only big questions remaining for me are:
Does Combover have immunity?
Does High Priest (Priestap) have immunity?
If you note in the texts, Deep Stroke and Pageboy, his girlfriend, are trying to circumvent High Priest. Why? Because he wasn’t going along with the program.
Oh, FYI, the theory gaining support in my group is that Pageboy deliberately seduced Deep Stroke for his position on the FBI org chart. They weren’t “lovers.” He was a tool that she used.
I believe that the ‘lovers’ story was just a lie to cover up for why Deep Stroke and Pageboy had so many ‘clandestine meetings’.
Note that after it was ‘publicized’ that they were ‘lovers’ none of the normally associated behavior (like spouses filing for divorce) occurred.
