Senator Coons(D)changed his vote to present to allow the nomination to proceed since it would be voted out once all 12 Republicans can make the meeting.

So, once again Democrats vote in lockstep to oppose/embarrass a Republican president.

And just like clockwork, once there's a 'rat president (even a crackpot leftist like Bernie Sanders) Republicans will fall in line to vote "yes" and show how "bipartisan" and "statesmanlike" they are.

Absolutely disgusting on both counts.
