Arrest and prosecute his father too.Dad is probably going to want to retain a lawyer right about now. This being said, his son moved to TN where an Illinois FOID card isn't required.

In this case, although I hate the idea....I think the father will have to be brought into court and charged with something. It’s obvious that the father can’t handle weapons either.

I only ask because many here don't believe any sort of problem or mental illness is good reason because, like anything else in the legal world, they can be abused.....
