I was a staunch Bush supporter until the “brother from another mother” nonsense began. I just found this revolting new “friendship” so insulting.

All during the Bush years I defended W while he never lifted finger to either defend himself or defend his supporters. Rush said it was because W had too much respect for the office. Really, I bought that for awhile.

How could someone who has so much respect for the office schmooze with the likes of a Clinton who sullied that office so profoundly?
