a person using marijuana is no different than a person drinking alcohol.

Drinking alcohol doesn't happen in absolute isolation. People have to drink in the real world - somewhere, something, with some need of responsibility. Haven't you ever heard of public intoxication laws? Do you think these are unreasonable?

Public intoxication laws. Yeah, that stopped someone from drinking in public. Being intoxicated in public.

But better, I love the uniformed making self-embarassing comments on the internet for all to see.

I see you have no problem with the government, in the guise of protecting you, erode your civil liberties.

I'm all for them - and they should apply to both marijauna and alcohol, as the use of either in private should be legal.
