I listened to the 911 call. The manager didn’t ‘Two Black men’, she said two men.
She was in her right to ask/axe them to leave.
She was in her right to call police if they refused.
Them being arrested, waaaay overboard. Escorting them out should have been sufficient.

These stores having ‘Free WiFi’ are just asking for freeloaders.
Last time I was in Barnes and Noble they knocked you off WiFi after 30 min at their coffee bar.

Here’s the problem. They were arrested because they refused to leave when asked to by police officers. That’s why they were arrested.

They refused to leave.

How would you have handled it?

MCDONALDS IS THE BEST

McDonald’s is America’s best kept secret. Shhh! Don’t tell.

Dining room space all day. Free wifi. Eat & drink here and there.

TACO BELL SUCKS

Taco Bell will kick you out after 15 minutes even when they have 2/3 vacancy. Taco Bell sucks. If you are not constantly stuffing your face, they boot you and nobody is in their dining room.

Never dine at Taco Bell, they are drive up only.
They treat customers like garbage, hence their dining is always empty. Management does not make the connection.

The movie Founder said it correct. McDonald’s treats customers well. Wifi good. They don’t harass you.
There may be an isolated exception, but when dining has vacancy, usually does, customers are welcome.
