Notice I said baseless ridicule.
But let’s not be silly here. Everybody on both sides always uses ridicule, all the time. It’s not something people need to be coached on. It comes naturally. Give me a break with this nonsense.
The question is not, is there a dearth of people ridiculing each other. That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard.
