A couple allegedly tortured and murdered a 70-year-old Vietnam War veteran in Hanford, Calif. in an attempt to gain access to his financial information, police say.

I have long believed that the punishment should match the crime.
I went to HS with a mass murderer who tortured his victims. His execution was way, way, way, too fast.
This sort of thing makes one question the prohibition on “cruel and unusual punishment.”
I am too.
We keep seeing and hearing comments about the blowback someday and how *they* are’t going to like it so much, but it doesn’t seem like we can ever be pushed far enough.
When they execute these two bastards (yeah, right), I hope they throw in Moonbeam and Newsome and Becerra for extra target practice. They have earned it.
Giving to them what they inflicted on others does not seem like *cruel and unusual*.
I mean, if they saw fit to dish it out, they at least ought to be willing to take it.
Yikes.
What did you do that brought that on?
Rope? Nah, this one calls for more “patience” and giving them time to reflect on what they’ve done.
The army should go door to door in parts of Cali asking for papers. It’s time to take the gloves off.
Everybody knows what should be done; the elites don’t want to deal with countless ghost towns this would cause. I’ve warned here ad nauseum that the demographics of this country are changing faster than anyone could imagine; NJ is Ground Zero for the results of this massive replacement of the American population. We are among the highest-taxed states in the country (which has caused a mass exodus of Americans from the states), and just elected a governor who pledged to raise taxes. The implications are clear: There are more and more foreigners having their bills paid by the taxes imposed on a dwindling number of Americans.
We are becoming the sh!thole from which the best & brightest will flee if the opportunity presents itself.
When was the last time Cali carried out the DP? I can’t remember it’s been that long ago. TX is the only state with a reasonable time table. Even with DNA proof you can’t get a Rapist/Killer of a 8 yr old who had 2 jury trials, all state appeals denied executed. But you can get Euthanasia drugs approved but DP drugs are ‘painful’. Really give LYING a big boost. Same goes for the meds Vets use to put down Horses/Cows PAINLESSLY.
The Vet probably was 18 years old when he went into the service and fought in Viet Nam. Whether he was drafted or volunteered, he served his country honorably. Why? So that as a senior citizen he could be victimized by two worthless individuals who thought nothing of stealing from him. After all, it was their own income redistribution plan. Now, they will spend the next twenty years pursuing endless appeals, probably blaming the violence in El Salvador for their decisions to torture, kill and burn their victim. Since this is California, I am sure no expense will be spared to defend them.
How long were you dead? Did you change your life after that horrific encounter?
I was gone for 3 minutes approximately. I changed, then fell back again. I struggle with many demons. No different than everyone though, honestly.
It is my sincere hope you and I meet in Heaven.
Please endeavor to be holy in your walk.
Your description of that opportunity is fundamentally chilling to me.
I can’t remember it either. There’s no reason it can’t be carried out quicker.
Especially when they leave DNA proof, Nikki had it in her vagina and under fingernails. No reason her killer should still be alive. And the old BS the drugs are to painful, I’ve watched the Vet put down horses/cows with NO pain. We could even knock them out with anesthesia first, then use the drugs.
Never believe it is a matter of drug problems. It is simply not so.
It is, and always has been, an attempt to abolish the death penalty, on whatever grounds they can come up with, period.
