I saw that idea, and I thought: How in the Hell could that homeowner SELL their property in the future??? Who would buy something with a structure occupied by HOMELESS persons attached to it???
That it’s a person that possibly cannot ever be evicted only makes it worse.
It’s like the American Citizens of California are Bill Murray and Loraine Newman in the thing that wouldn’t leave skit, only instead of a boorish friend (played by Belushi) it would be the government and progressives forcing you to take in illegal aliens and/or homeless no matter what your preferences may be.
