Does VT have a recall provision in the state constitution?
Not that I know of SG-darling.But the pro-gun groups have filed a law suit citing the laws are against the state constitution.
It’s a long and expensive fight; the gun/2A membership groups are small and not well funded. CT’s CCDL suit failed to be heard; cost 1M bucks; that kind of money isn’t here.
It’s infuriating. The nose of the camel is under the tent.We’re ranked #9, in the 10 best states to live in, though.
