McCabe got the maximum penalty for lying under oath - termination. As crazy as that sounds, it's accurate.

Not sure what you are talking about. Lying under oath is a crime. McCabe should be prosecuted.

McCabe violated “FBI Offense Code 2.6 (Lack of Candor – Under Oath)”. Not a Federal Criminal Statute.

I wish you were right, believe me. But McCabe was dismissed which is the max penalty for violating that FBI code.
