Exxon fought the Valdez spill lawsuit for 24 years and paid millions in legal fees, finally settled for $900 Million. BP settled in a couple of years and paid $20 Billion for the Deepwater Horizon spill. Hello Boulder city taxpayers.
Always go after the deep pockets in liberal courts. I guess the citizens on Boulder did not contribute to any alleged global warming.
