Guys hanging out without buying anything are loitering and driving away legitimate business. Plain and simple. Nothing more needs to be argued. Nobody wants to eat around a bunch of homeless derelicts who are just hanging out.
She had every right to call the cops and Starbucks needs to support her. Let Starbucks turn into a safe haven for homeless loitering bums and see where their business goes.
