I agree. I get a lot of grief from people on this, but my resoning is simple:

Men seek freedom over their own lives. Women seek security. Let women vote and you will naturally get a nanny state.

It's somewhat the 19th, but mostly the 24th, and also to a lesser extent the 26th.

Most amendments after the first 10 were mistakes.
